Brooklyn

Brooklyn is doing great! The last time we had her weighed she was up to about 15 pounds and around 26 1/2 inches. She is really becoming mobile! She isn't quite yet crawling or sitting up (she can sit up if you put her in the position, she jsut usually ends up falling over to one side after a few seconds), but she definitely gets where she wants to go. It won't be long until she will be crawling! She is such a happy baby - always smiling and giggling!! BUT...she is such a momma's girl (which I secretly love). Someone else might be holding her but if she sees her momma or hears her momma's voice - she starts to whimper like a little puppy dog!

Bella

Bella is doing very well and we cannot believe that she will be 2 years old in less than 2 months!!! She is such a character!!!! She loves to be outside and it doesn't matter how hot it is - she wants to be outside more than anything!! She loves to read, sing (right now her favorites are the Bumble Bee song and Itsy Bitsy Spider), dance and listen to music. She is talking more and more and tries to repeat just about everything she hears! The last time we had her weighed she was about 22 pounds and 32 inches (almost three feet)! She needs to start packing on those pounds though because Brooklyn is catching up with her fast!!!

More fun in the big pool

Here are a few shots of Bella playing on the stairs in the pool on Sunday. She won't go past the stairs but also enjoys running around the pool...She did "fall" into the pool when she accidentally stepped off the edge of the pool thinking it was a step and was completely submersed in the water!

Running in the sprinkler

We set up the sprinkler a couple of weeks ago and let Bella run around in the water. She had a good time!!! She liked it even better when Momma got out and ran through the sprinkler too (sorry, no photos available)!

Bella and Kameron

Bella had a friend over a couple of Saturdays ago while her parents had to go to work. They played quite well together. Kameron is just over 2 years old and Bella is not quite two yet..
