A Christmas Parade

We (myself, Nana and the girls) went to our first Christmas Parade (ever - the girls had never been to one!) on Saturday! We opted to view the parade from it's starting point instead of on the Square in Monroeville and a good decision it was! The girls had a BLAST! Since we were at the beginning, none of the floats were moving at any great rate of speed and the girls got to play out in the street picking up the candy and beads the people were throwing! Bella did a great job of wishing everyone a "Merry Christmas" as the floats went by! Brooklyn especially liked dancing to the bands that were there! It only lasted about 30 minutes, but I'm not sure Nana and I could have taken much more - it was quite a workout keeping up with two little ones!

Hey - when do we get to see this parade thing you've been talking about?!?!?
