A Sunny Sunday

These are from a few Sundays ago - but....we had a really nice day and decided to go out for a walk to enjoy the weather and get some fresh air! Brady was in the Maya wrap and the girls wanted to take their strollers along!

Brooklyn got tired of pushing her stroller and wanted Daddy to push her instead!! We stopped by our house and picked up her-size stroller for the rest of the walk!

For their birthday this year - the girls have received a new playset! Bella has been so excited about this since she learned that one had been ordered. Then when it came in and I told her, she said "I have to tell my friends, Momma!!". The playset did, indeed, arrive on Friday. Nana and Pop spent all day Saturday working on it and Brannon helped when he got home from work. There was not much left to be done on Sunday morning, Brannon, Nana and Pop finished it off!

Sprinkler Time!

We got the girls this sprinkler about a month ago and set it up for a bit one Sunday afternoon. Neither of the girls were very sure of it at first or later for that matter! It was so hot - so we didn't keep them out for too long. Hopefully, this will provide some cool summertime fun for them over the next few months!

Paw-Paw brought Paxton (the girls' cousin) down to our house a few Sundays ago and the girls decided they wanted to (or thought they did) ride with Paw-Paw.

So, Paw-Paw put Bella on the back with Paxton (they weren't going out of our yard). Then Brooklyn was very impatient and wanted on too!

So Paw-Paw put Brooklyn in his lap and made sure Paxton and Bella were on so they wouldn't fall.
Then off they went (very slowly and not far for that matter)...
Bella and Paxton were fine - but Brooklyn had other thoughts about the whole thing!!!

More pictures of our girls enjoying the great outdoors!!! We need to get them a new swing set - the one in our yard is so hold and is falling apart but they love to swing on the one that works (the other is such a tangled mess that I won't let them use it)! They have birthdays coming up - maybe....I didn't realize that so many of them were of Brooklyn!

There is an elementary school within walking distance of our house and they have a nice playground that the girls really enjoy. They will often make their way there when they go out for the wagon ride. When Bella says, "I want to slide down.." it means she wants to go to the playground!
