We made it...

Ok, well, I made it! It wasn't bad at all - it was nice to know the girls were with their Daddy yesterday and again today! I am hoping that by having a two week transition where they are mostly with family will help. Now on to day 2!

I got a J-O-B!

That's right - I will be re-entering the world of work on Monday! I will be working as Accountant/Office Manager for a locally-owned and run business in the Atmore area. I have mixed feelings about starting to work again after being at home with the girls for 15 months, but I feel certain it will all work out and that I will enjoy the job! Wish me luck!

What Should I Be When I Grow Up (Beth)?

You Should Be a Manager

You're very organized, motivated, and methodical.
Fair and objective, you can see all sides of a conflict. You are a good mediator.
You are task oriented. You do well with deadlines and schedules.
And while you can be a task master at times, you're good at managing people and listening to their input.

You do best when you:

- Must have attention to detail
- Are in charge of people

You would also be a good accountant or personal assistant.

Pantene's Beautiful Lengths

I have been wanting/needing to get my hair cut and was toying with the idea of just getting it trimmed or getting it cut shorter. I decided I would cut my hair and donate my ponytail to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths, Make the Kindest Cut of All. I got 8 inches cut off the length and then a lot more when she did the layering! I donate in honor of all those who have fought the fight and those continuing to fight.

The girls were with their Nana (Brannon's mom, Dianne) for the day, so when we got to their house last night they weren't convinced that it was Mommy walking in! Bella warmed up a bit quicker than Brooklyn. Brooklyn just stood there and stared at me! Bella kept saying "cute"! So here is my new haircut!
