Too Young for a Tattoo?

We went to the Library today - just to go - Storytime doesn't resume until next Thursday! Ms. Dorothy was there and Bella was so excited to see her! Ms. Dorothy gave Bella the above tattoo and Bella wanted it on her leg! I, personally, do not care for tattoos. I think they are pretty cool - but just way too permanent for me!
